Complaints and disputes 
If you have lodged a complaint with Hagelunie, you will receive our initial substantive response within 5 working days. If we are unable to respond within this timeframe, we will notify you in writing or via email. This communication will also inform you of the expected response time. 
 
Do you disagree with our assessment of your complaint?
Please let us know. We will review your complaint again with great attention and see if we may have overlooked something in our evaluation. If you are not satisfied after the second assessment, please contact us, and together we will explore the steps you can take.
