Complaints and disputes

If you have submitted a complaint to Hagelunie, you will receive an initial detailed response from us within 10 working days. If we are unable to respond to your complaint within this period, we will inform you by letter or email, including the time by which you can expect a response from us.

We like to be honest and transparent about the complaints we receive and process. If you have any questions or comments, please send them to hageluniedesk@hagelunie.nl. We are open to your opinion and will be pleased to answer your questions.
